App of the IPROMA live digital platform for communication and management of the environmental control and industrial hygiene service. A tool for private use by the company's clients that allows the user to know in an agile way and in real time the results of their tests.
The Eurofins application | IPROMA, also allows consulting the evolution of data, documentation of interest, creating specific and personalized alerts, as well as order management.
The IPROMA live application works in a very simple way to streamline processes:
Container. The client places an order for a container and Iproma sends it to them with a QR code, which is scanned with the mobile phone to track the sample.
Shows. Eurofins | IPROMA analyzes the sample in its laboratory and reports in real time through the app its status with all the data: received, analyzed or validated.
Alerts. The user can receive notifications of sample results, legislative or analysis alerts.
Pre Registration. It allows the user to pre-register their samples in a simple way and without the need to fill in the analysis request, since it is made completely transparent to the user.
Incidences to samples. You can set with Eurofins | IPROMA a direct chat on a certain sample to solve possible doubts.
