ConnectTheWords (formally Connect4Words) is a brand-new word connections game full of puzzling brainteasers and challenging word puzzles! The game is designed to stimulate the brain with exciting word categorization puzzles and provide a fun and engaging daily activity. The only word connections app of its kind!

Test your word game and puzzle-solving skills and see if you can re-order our 16-square word grid into four groups of four connecting words or terms. Simply select four connected words; do that correctly four times and you move to the next Round; every eight Rounds, you move to a new Level; each Level gives you a new Rank! Word games get more challenging as you complete more levels until you become a word connections expert!

Stimulate your brain with our fun Daily Challenge word connection games. Find the word connections and see how long you can keep your ‘Daily Streak’ going (even if you only play one game a day!)

Every Round or Daily Challenge you play earns you more Points and more Coins. Earn even more Coins for each Level you complete. Coins allow you to buy Hints, which help you if you get stuck on a challenging word puzzle!

HOW TO PLAY

would like to see more challenging puzzles. I am on level 39 and can finish most in under one minute. hope they get tougher as I progress through the levels. it is a fun game to play and addictive. visually pleasing and easy to understand. would like more time with the finished puzzle or a way to look back at finished games. wish I could play without the coin stuff. not interested in all that, just want to play the puzzles for my own enjoyment.

This app was fun until it started showing ads. I get why free apps have ads, but the amount that popped up after each level is absurd. Every time an in-game prompt asked me to pay for ad removal, it was followed by another ad, which was often preceeded by another already. This meant the ads lasted longer than the levels. One ad is plenty, maybe even two, but five each time? No, thank you, there's enough games like this, without the constant barrage of ads.

Connections are either very easy or so difficult that you can't solve it with googling, even if you know the relevant topic. Extremely contrived and not fun to have 8 words all associated with other trying to find what random connection they have. I know it's the point of the game, but having 70 possible combinations to try is insane. Would be a 0/5 if possible.
