Tried to update my direct deposit, didn't work through the app. Emailed payroll, didn't get a response for three days, not until I sent another, less friendly email. Made excuses and asked for information already sent in the first one. And now not only did they not get it updated, they also deactivated my first direct deposit so my check didn't show up anywhere. Now it's delayed till Monday they say, and I hope.

I’m so sorry for an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience. Sometimes bank details change faster than our database is updated, which happened to be the perfect storm in this situation -- our database was missing your bank’s routing #, which has since been added. You’re right to be frustrated, please accept our sincere apologies.

Worst app. Hard to find what you're looking for, sometimes signs out for no reason, sometimes makes you use an arbitrarily assigned employee number instead of email address. Always begs you to rate it, the TWE clock app is even worse without a search function to find a job to clock into. Sometimes the app doesn't refresh on its own leading to a messed up time clock.

Hi there! Sorry for your frustrations. I'm confused by your mention of an ee number since we don't allow for that. Could you be mistaking this app with the time clock app from a separate provider? It also looks like you may need to update since we're currently on a much newer version. We'd like to resolve this, so please email pr@stratus.hr

Icon fail, is this really the best icon you could come up with? Are you working on a tight budget? This app feels like something that would be acceptable in 2012
