Old School RuneScape is RuneScape how you used to know. It was first released in 2013 and is based on RuneScape as it was way back in 2007. It’s the only MMORPG in the world that is shaped by its players, with developers releasing new, regular content that has been voted for by the fans!

Ratings and reviews

This is the best MMO I've ever played. It beats WoW and Elder Scrolls online. It's very easy to play on mobile, and the touch screen controls are very intuitive. I've been playing for a few days now, and it's the only game I've played since on mobile or console. Lots to do, very fun, and if you like to grind for XP and gold, then this is your game. It's free to play but there is a cheap members option. 6/5 stars!

I love that RS had a mobile version, because I don't currently have a PC however half the time I can't play because the app closes and logs me out, then when I try to log back in it give me a message for weeks on end saying that jagex is having technical difficulties try again later. The last time it did that took 3 months before I could log back in. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled with no change.

If you lose any information about your account, recovery is basically impossible. Mainly for cross play. Password resets are not sent. I have checked every email I have. Support pages are useless. Best of all, the 'contact' page does nothing but tell you to go solve your own problem. I love this game and sunk a deadly amount of hours here, but every single account I have is locked.
