They updated the apps on Oct 5 and after that I couldn't place any transactions, my account is lagging, whatever I did just stuck in the very long process and then there is the notification that my account isn't recognized or even registered! What kind of update if it cannot sync the current data! They said I need to re-login but again I have problems in getting the OTP! until now I still cant access my account. so super annoying...

I had to reduce my overall rating to 1. I've been using Jago for almost a year, and one my favorite thing of it is the spend analysis. Even though it mostly put my spending into wrong spending category, it was fine, since I prefer to categorize it manually while reviewing my spending. In the past few weeks, the feature just not work, every time I change transaction category, it will just reset to the previous one after I restart the app. Please fix the bug, then I'll return my 5 star rating. Thx

There is one annoying bug that wasnt present in a year ago Jago app, which is a pop up to use fingerprint has about 2 to 3 seconds delay before it appears. Also whether it's possible to include tap to pay feature within the app that utilise phone's NFC capability like in Livin' because it's a faster than QRIS.
