Ratings and reviews

I have a question regarding the digital subscription. It works fine on my android phone, although the screen is a little small. However, the digital subscription does not appear to work via the google play i digital app, without a printed i subscription (which kind of defeats the object). Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but it doesn't appear to work. The login asks for my email and subscriber id, which I dont have (just a password). Any ideas? Thanks.

Frustrating and slow. What's the point in a news app when it's doesn't download articles in the background for viewing when offline. Recently stopped loading anything! Having to revert to the website. Poor show of an app.

They really need to add some sort of zoomed in experience like comic book apps use to jump from panel to panel. When reading the newspaper on a phone you have to zoom in on the page and drag around. The page goes all blurry when you drag. Alternatively they could introduce a different, more phone-friendly format for the digital subscribers. But as it currently is, it's really not an enjoyable experience.
