I had a really bad experience with customer service. They refused to refund me an accidental purchase. Somehow I was able to hit a button, a large amount for tips, without being prompted to put in a password as it normally does. Surely it's a bug and easily fixable. I had immediately emailed the support to refund me what's left in my virtual wallet (I bought coins) at the very least. Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience." . Nowadays, this type of customer service is unacceptable.

No way to recover my user name through my email which is ridiculous and the APK install for android is a joke, almost never works
