Ratings and reviews

Play store shows the app was updated to 2.4.0 On Oct. 24. Just tried to access an installed Halo Touchscreen. Screen shows "Status as of Oct. 24 at 8:36 PM No Connection". It remembers the lock, but is not connected. Shows up in the WiFi list of Offline Clients as HALO-GAUX-60. Nearby WiFi is working fine and is connected to other devices. Is there a way to reconnect remotely? I am hundreds of miles away. I have had no connection problems with this product for over two years.

Use to be able to just pair a device and use without issue. Could control my devices remotely (as in from many miles away) without issue. Now? Now the app demands the ability to search for devices. Something it doesn't need, but won't work without. So if I wanted to just use it without Bluetooth, not an option. App still requires you to give it Nearby Devices ability. Something it most certainly does NOT need. Any "Developer" response, plz explain how it needs that to lock my house from afar.

Installed a Halo Wi-Fi lock and downloaded this app to finish the setup. Unfortunately I've tried multiple times on this phone and a few others, on Wi-Fi and on mobile data and I constantly get an error stating that the account creation failed and I need to be connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data even though all of the devices I've tried this on were connected and working successfully on everything else requiring internet. Can't find any locations online to make an account outside of this app.
