Worst ever experience!!! App developers should revisit many things... I couldn't access the app because of wrong answers to my security questions which I had forgot.. I was just adding new beneficiary to my beneficiary list and it ended up in getting the app blocked. I was expecting some pop up message to warn for consecutive wrong enteries... To my utter surprise it got blocked in just a fraction of time... Also there is no service of online account transfer via app.. Good for nothing!!!

Update released on 07-05-2024 is very good now we easily find who has transferred and to whome we transfer. The only problem with this update is that application has stopped working on wifi, It doesn't open on wifi Which cause a lot of inconvenience. Hope that this issue is addressed as soon as possible. Rest the application is excellent as compared to other banking application.

JK Bank's outdated and inflexible security process is frustrating. They require answers to security questions that I either never knew or had forgotten, as I didn't keep a record of them. And to make matters worse, they block my account without any valid reason or warning, leaving me stranded. What's even more disappointing is that they don't offer any alternative security options, like resetting the questions or using a different verification method.JK Bank needs to update their security proces
