They stop you are going to unlink and delete your info and account. There is bit of delay time to loading screen or page, I don't know what they call.

회원가입을 하려고 해도 서비스약관이 존재하지 않는다면서 다음 화면으로 넘어갈 수가 없네요 어플 점검이 필요할 듯 합니다
