After multiple follow ups with customer care and negative review on Play store, finally managed to get a technician to come over for service, albeit without the filters! Apparently it is the job of the customer to inform them that filters need to be changed as this was the reason provided by the technician for not bringing any filters along. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect that details of when filters are changed are updated in their records also.

If there will be a negative star I would have prefer that, it's really worst experience year after year, a product is purchased and don't have any other option to buy AMC from this worst service provider, it's been a month now I have paid my AMC for my water purifier and even after a month I have paid the money. No update on the ticket I have raised from this app. Anyone planning to buy a product go for other brands or local brands, this so called customer friendly copany is totally worthless.

If this is the LG app imagine how worse their products must be. horrible app, very slow, can't raise installation request, been trying for a week. app doesn't work. cannot register product, after every tap the app keeps buffering for eternity. shows a connection time out error.
