Very good! The LinkedIn app is the Gold Standard for Jobs and Business. It provides all the tools needed for Jobs, Business, and Connections. It creates a great Social Environment for the right connections, through Connections Posts and Comments all made nearly perfect due to a great Interface. The only problem I had was that changing my email became difficult. It should be made easy to change.

The fact that you have zero customer support if a person can't log in is ridiculous. I've gone through the verification process, can't get into my account, and can't get any information on if there's a normal wait time. The forced verification is also a giant pain. You shouldn't act like it's optional when you're going to lock accounts within a day if people don't verify.

Abysmal customer service. Last week I got locked out with no explanation. I don't feel comfortable giving my gov't ID online, so I wanted to use the other verification methods they claim to offer, but can't find anywhere to verify with a work email, and the form signed with a notary needs to be attached to a support ticket, which can apparently only be filed by signing in, which I can't do. No customer service number, and every "Contact us!" on the site tells me to sign in first. Frustrated.
