The app is frustrating to use. Every time you to recharge, it's a struggle and frustrating .When you contact customer care, they offer the unhelpful suggestion of installing the app on a different phone, which isn't practical. If you request a technician's help, it takes two days for them to respond, leaving you without water while your recharge period continues to count down.

I used it for 1 year. Cancellation of the product is the worst experience. I called customer care to cancel it. They told that it'll be cancelled within a week. It's not cancelled even after a week. I received 2 calls from livpure. But their phone call rings for just 6 seconds. If you can't pick up the call within 6 seconds, they just remove the cancellation. I couldn't pick the call within 6 seconds. So, they cancelled my cancellation request and they keep charging me. Won't use livpure again.

Livpure's subscription prices are simply too high. With the amount I'm paying, I could buy a brand new RO filter instead. The whole point of a subscription should be convenience and affordability, but Livpure misses the mark on the latter. The inflexible plans make matters worse. In today's economy, every penny counts, and Livpure's pricing strategy doesn't align with that reality. It's time for them to reconsider and prioritize affordability for their customers.
