Every time I've tried to use it travelling it has stopped working. Last time was 7/13 and I sent prob 4 emails none of which have been answered as of yet and it's been 1 full business week. I wouldn't recommend loungekey to my worst enemy at this point. Update: it took them 3 weeks to get back to me for a password reset and the link they sent didn't work. I responded immediately and it's been another week at least and crickets. I don't understand how a travel related platform can be this bad..

Customer service is ineffective. As I have forgotten my login credentials, I have requested link to reset my login credentials. Still not responded after requesting more than ten times. Also 3 USD deducted from my account without any use. Very disappointed.

App is not working correctly, cannot register, the support team does not even read the messages and send automatically the same replies to the customers "reset password". Don't receive any emails even in the spam folder.
