it is incredible great app, it have bundle app to support the pos system. it will be it could have closing future

i am having headaches with this app. the dashboard and backoffice is not updating/syncing to the pos system. The pos system wasnt updating either but the guy we purchased it from came and factory reset it and it updated but the app and backoffice still has not updated even though i sign out and sign back in.
