I decided to buy the Plus version to have the cloud backup functionality because there is a lot of valuable information in it. I use this app for more than six years now. After a reinstall of the app, I needed to do a Cloud Synchronization, but I get the message: Temporary password has expired and must be reset by an administrator. I tried to contact the developer via e-mail, but I don't get any reply. And when I try the Forget Password option, I get the message User password cannot be reset in the current state. So there is no way to contact the administrator to reset my password, and I can't access my cloud backup. I am very eager to get the information that is in my backup and I am disappointed that I am now completely dependent of an administrator (or developer) that I cannot reach. It makes me very sad that I have lost more than six years of valuable information. I hope it can be fixed.

This app is great but if you ever change device and what to sync to the cloud to access your backup you can't, which makes the paid version useless. And password/logins cannot be reset. Developer is uncontactable as well so there's no support for this matter, although he was around for the same issue last year. The app is a rort now. Such a shame as it houses all of my memories of my children.

I've used this app for all 4 of my kids. That's nearly 7 years now. Recently I've been having trouble with the app logging activities out of nowhere, and logs of activities in the scheduler that seem to span entire days, but don't exist in the history. Maybe the last update has something to do with it? Other than that I love this app. I would like a companion app for my smart watch though, so I don't have to find my phone before feeding my newborn.
