I've deleted & downloaded the app again to see if it would fix the issues but seems to work the same. it allows me to be logged in for a certain amount of time. if I toggle the screen to check anything, I'm thrown out of the page, and I have to restart the app over and over again. on top of that, it takes a while to load up again. it's really annoying, I've used scheduling apps before such as appointment fix and square appointments and never have had a similar issue with them. I just don't know

There is always something wrong it seems. Between updates and changing services. It'll just delete random appointments. Takes forever to upload. It's just more of a hassle more than anything and it hurts our business more than helps it I feel. And that is just with the computer at work. I'm constantly having to uninstall and reinstall the app on my phone and it STILL doesn't work properly. 🙄

Edit: the new update that came out yesterday fixed my issue! I just updated the app because it made me, and now it doesnt show when I'm on the schedule. It shows my appointments and eveeything, but the hours I'm on the schedule is no longer there. I use those to quickly look and sww how much longer until my next appointment so this is frustrating.
