No proper customer care service. There is only message service which is one way only. There is no number you can actually call. The number shown in website doesn't work. I want to cancel my order by showing reviews but u can't. I have to email for that. And they did cancel but they didn't refund the payment. Now i have to pay of 1.5 lakh from credit card for the jwellery i didn't even bought. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Website...

untrusted brand and application. don't buy any jwellery from mellora. and don't use application... my experience is too horrible..and still I don't receive my money or order... if I receive then I change my review .

Pathetic app, order placed 1 month before but they are not even dispatched. Totally unprofessional behaviour.
