Because of the size of The MILEPOST® it's important to allow the entire book to download to your device uninterrupted before you begin to flip through the pages otherwise the download may become corrupt and require internet access to view the pages. If this happens, delete the data and clear keychain for The MILEPOST® app in settings on your device and download the content again through The MILEPOST® app.

Utterly useless app. I purchased the print copy of the book and followed the instructions to get my "free" digital copy. Account created, and then it repeatedly tells me my login is incorrect after selecting the 2019 copy I purchased, and wants me to buy my supposed-to-be-free digital copy. Calls got nowhere, and was even hung up on once after a mystery transfer. Emails go unanswered. Maybe the book will keep me warm one night, because that's about all the praise I can give it after the atrocious support provided.

If you plan on using Mile post on your trip don't get the app, get the magazine. You have to have cell service to view the app magazine, which makes it useless since there's no service on much of the routes. It would be great if the content was downloadable, but it's not.

Login immediately fails on my Android 11 phone. Can login via browser, so it's the app. Download the PDF from browser and ditch the useless app.
