I love this app and have recommended to more people than I can count. Not every article is of interest to me, but the vast majority are. The only news I can bear to keep up with is CNN's "5 Things" email, where I can also pick and choose what I want to read or not, and the Good News Network. There are so many things going on in the world right now that are difficult to cope with, and keeping it simple this way keeps me sane.

I had to go "cold turkey" on all newsfeeds (tv, radio, internet, paper) a week before Christmas because the constant onslaught of what was being presented as newsworthy was just too negative, and negatively presented to be healthy. A month or two after that I discovered the Good News Network. What a difference it has made in my outlook on everything. It has reaffirms, every day,, my belief that the world is a good place filled with wonderful, caring, inovative, and generous people.

I love the articles and how uplifting they are, but it shouldn't take anywhere near as long as it does for things to load. It takes a good 20 seconds for the app to even load, then the articles take another 10+sec to fully load. This makes it very hard to actually look at the articles and makes it very frustrating to do so.

Hope you will try the new version, Yenni. Sorry that we had some problems this year that slowed it down. - GNN
