I used to be able to send as an SMS to my clients. This option has stopped working within the last 2 weeks. Is there an update or something I need to do? I'm not happy that I have to send through Zillow if I want to text. The newer generation of buyers do not check their email as they do text messages. I have even gone as far as uninstalling the ap and reinstalling to see if that would make a difference. Still not able to send. Please help me figure out what is wrong!

I can not send my clients homes through text. The hotsheets is not working at all. I reached out 2 days ago for assistance. All I got was to update the app to the new version. I already had done that. It's been since the update that it's been a complete disaster. I also deleted app and reinstalled it. Nothing is helping.

Information is good, connected with MLS, the share does not provide options I prefer, like WhatsApp, SMS, it doesn't work for me. My clients use various ways to text so it would be nice if all of those options are integrated with ease. When looking at profiles only shows past buying sides, and active listings but not the as the seller side (listing agent) past history. Needs improvements.
