Ratings and reviews

Really nice to have a Club exclusive app. But it's still a bit glitchy. Trying to make reservations for dinners at Tucan and it's saying we've exceeded our max reservations. We get unlimited reservations as Club members. We also couldn't seem to cancel a reservation either.

The app needs a LOT of work. It constantly crashes and restarts. Very temperamental. Searching within the app takes sooooo long. I wish it were more convenient and easier to use, as I am a frequent Iberostar member traveler.

Slow and cumbersome. It's like the app was designed by a drunk monkey. The website is almost as bad as well. It's easier to call and book directly with the hotel you want. Iberostar app is hot garbage
