My profile suddenly disappeared, after logging cannot see anything. Every page shows "no data found". Previously could not upload photos for meter reading and now everyrhing is just blank, even my payment history. Also when MGL sends bill, they start sending whatsapp messages reminding to pay before the bill generation date and not the actual due date.

I was logged off suddenly from my logged in session. Not sure what happened. It seems it was more of an update issue. Unable to login to mobile app. I can login to website properly. Tried resetting password for mobile app but the reset password doesn't work.

App was working fine until today. First I receive a message informing my account is liable to be disconnected due to non receipt of meter reading, when I've been paying bills regularly, than my account relevant details including past bills are deleted from the app and now the won't allow me to log in, everything I enter my mobile number, it returns back an error.
