The previous app version was good. It did what I wanted. Latest update hangs up, settings don't change to what I selected, biometric option won't enable saying it's disabled on my phone but I use biometric to unlock it. I cannot find any option in the new version that the old version didn't already have. They just made it look prettier. I prefer functionality over form. Overall the previous version was much better and was 100% stable

For normal banking stuff, the app works great. However, the live chat option works terribly. When trying to type a message, the phone keyboard covers the typing area so you cannot see what you are typing. Additionally, you cannot hit the back button or switch apps to check information that you want to put in the chat because the app will force you to log in again and you will be disconnected from the live chat agent.

The odd app was so much better. The old app had so much more information at your fingertips. It is hard to find what your credit card info: balance, amount due, ect. When chatting live, the txt box is hidden so I'm typing blind. Then I would have to click the chat box to see what I have typed. Then if you clicked elsewhere by accident. You automatically get logged out. This new version is by far worst than the old version.
