Unable to log into app registration. All it says is username and password.

I have requested to deactivate my account because I am not interested in such application. But still they didn't process my request.

Terrible experience, close the account within 3 weeks, lack of transparency ,terrible customer service , when is time to transfer the money become very sketchy.
