Great tool, but they started charging $50 for the free version that I've been using for years. I've lost access to all of my files a haven't found a good substitute. If they had done this wisely and warned their customers of the changes and offered the free version for $15 per month, they would have maintained most of their clients. Now we're on disgruntled and on Reddit talking about it. You had a faithful client base who recommend you often and would have paid $15. Disappointed.

Super disappointed they discontinued the free version of this software! I've used this software for years and have found it to be very useful, however spending $49 per month for a single person who isn't using a shared pipeline is ridiculous. It's more than I spend for MS Office, Docusign and all my other business expenses combined. I understand needing to charge a bit to keep up with the times, but I wish they provided an affordable option for single users who don't use shared pipelines. Bummer

I'm weary to give this too many stars as it was absolutely awful just last month. They seem to have overhauled it considerably since I last looked at it. You can now see emails and get the attachments, going back doesn't return you to the top of the menu. 4 stars for the massive improvement over the last version. Could use the ability to record and possibly transcribe calls attached to boxes. Thanks for redoing the app.
