the app is always broken and doesn't work. The whole platform is awful, they don't listen to feedback, don't fix bugs, say they sent a text only to twenty four hours later decide they didn't send it but give you no notification so then students just think you never responded, their employees are unprofessional and mistreat you unless you are the person who chooses the platform for your company and then they spoil you. would not recommend for anyone.

It's a pain having to re log back in every few days, and the app itself takes forever to load when first opening. It does the job but nothing amazing. Helpful as a supplement to the website. Running Android nougat with a 2 year old flagship phone

Cadence sucks. Google voice is more stable, more portable and more private. I wish I had never heard of this, much less be forced to use it.
