The app doesn't work. I have downloaded it multiple times and on multiple devices, but every time it shows "server error" during new registration. Even the self-meter reading option never works. It does not allow the meter reading pic to be uploaded.

there should be option by which we can select 0 star. worst app. they can close your complaint without resolution. and you can not find the complaint later on. also option feedback won't work. better to not install. better is to live without electricity if you are planning to install this.

What a waste... I entered my no nd i didn't any otp nd i have tried it like so many time with different no. Also..... SURPRISING PART: THE IT team which is handling this work is only replying to people who are rating high nd only praising. Not to those who are actually telling them about the bugs nd glitches... FAKE TEAM IT. NOOBS
