BAD! and NOT RECOMMENDED! Frequent app updates still not fixing all bugs/problems. Map to find nearby office/drop-point always slow and buggy. Customer Service attitude are vary depend at which city & office, no standardization at all on their conduct.

At 11 (16th august) i confirmed to pick up. And til 21 they don't show up. I sent mssge by wa at 13, 15 o clock they just read my mssg. And told me to wait.. Update. Til now 12.44 pm (17th august) ... I mssg the cs from the app..still no clear answer..why the courrier never show up to pick up my packages..i know this rate maybe never effect a thing. The cs did was repeat the question, did the courrier show up? It is ridiculous..cos i report (from day-1) that no one show up to pick up my package

Useless app, I've requested pickup order and satus is pending for 1 day even though I've contacted customer service and they couldn't help, it was in Jakarta also, I think it will be worse in other cities
