How is MoneyTap online instant personal loan app different from any other bank loan in India?

MoneyTap credit app charges interest only for the amount you borrow.

For example: Ajay applies for a MoneyTap Instant Personal Loan in January, gets an approved credit limit of ₹5,00,000 but doesn’t borrow any money from the approved limit for the next 5 months. In May, he withdrew ₹50,000 from his credit limit to pay for a house deposit. Now, the interest will only be charged on ₹50,000. For ₹1,00,000 personal loan borrowed for 1 year, with interest rate @13% per annum*, a user would pay:

- Processing fee (at 2%) = ₹2,000 + GST = ₹2,360
- Setup fee of ₹999+GST = ₹1181/- to be paid before borrowing from the credit limit
- Interest = ₹7,181
- EMI = ₹8,932

I faced very bad experience with moneytap.. I applied for loan for emergency purpose and submitted all deatails.. in app it shows all steps are completed and you can use your credit line but credit line is locked... And no way to take money from app... I am trying to reach moneytapp... They said there is a technical issue from bankers side... We can't do anything... A worst experience I faced with them.. still my credit line not unlocked.. I need to close my application...

For the last 4 months I have been trying to understand what is the issue with this app as it's not reflecting any transactions properly. It's not reflecting the repayment made and it's still showing as per RBI guidelines it will reflect after July 30th. Seriously, you guys kidding me. My overall used and available doesn't add up to the overall credit limit provided. Called the customer care number but seems unresponsive and more importantly they called 27times for 0.01 paisa payment pending.

Worst app, after completing all the, I have received 1 re, and the amount is still processing from 2 days, and no proper response from the team, also I will get multiple what's app notification about my credit line is ready, what's the point if the money is processing from 2 days and not getting distribursed. Again the link is not working, why such worst experience
