I'm trying to place a temporary block on my OCCU Nice (credit) card, and each time I attempt, the app ends up blocking every card I have. At least the toggle switch position (blue and to the right) is showing this as such. The opposite happens as well (unblocking). I'd like to temporarily block two cards but keep the other cards accessible. It's a pain in the butt when I want to block or unblock just ONE card, and the app ends up doing it to ALL cards. Have reached out to OCCU to no avail.

This app was working great until all of a sudden it doesn't accept biometrics anymore. I apparently wrote down the wrong user name and/or password so I can't login. I don't have a member number because they don't include it on mortgage statements and without it you can't register, or reset or do anything. I hate internet only stuff because as soon as it stops working you are completely screwed and that's where I am with this app and their website too.

Edit... mobile deposit is very unreliable. When I try to mobile deposit the app says my check is subject to garnishment...it is not. without mobile deposit this bank and app are useless to me as I do not live near a branch anymore. Will be finding a new bank ASAP. One whose app developers do a better job. By the way, this was an issue at the end of last year too. I got it going again by uninstalling and reinstalling the app that time. This time nothing helps. Totally useless.
