I installed the app and tried to open a digital account. After filling all the mandatory fields I got a sms and an email that it will be reviewed. After 1 day although I didn't get any message from them I tried to signup and found that they have my info and I HAVE TO VISIT THE BRANCH FOR BIOMETRIC. I have used many other banks' mobile applications and all of them have realtime biometric feature in their app. This should be fixed by the team otherwise it will kill the purpose of digital account.

A financial app and service can never be morr useless and full of bugs than this. Never shows complete data... OTPB is not being delivered for last many days. You can't call helpline UAN from any network other than Jazz and even then they will never answer the call. Closing my account with NSC due to their pathetic device and facilities.

The app is totally useless. I requested to link my account with the RAAST ID, and the status is in progress from the last 2 days. Moreover, you can't transfer the savings to your other bank account using IBFT either.
