Collier CARES (Community Application for Resources and Emergency Services) is a free, bilingual mobile and web application for the purpose of connecting people in need with critical resources and services available in Collier County, Florida.
In partnership with the Community Foundation of Collier County and the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation, the Naples Children & Education Foundation (NCEF), founders of the Naples Winter Wine Festival, created the application to serve Collier County’s most vulnerable populations.

Collier CARES connects families immediately with relevant resources and services to meet their needs. Providers list their services, including the location, hours of operation and key elements of their service. Users can search for services based on 12 categories, including Education, Food, Benefits, Jobs, Crisis, Mental Health, Health/Wellness, Shelter/Housing, Transit, Legal and Substance Abuse, and More.
Users can search anonymously and enhance searchability by answering profile questions and setting their default search settings. Going beyond a search tool, users can connect to 24/7 hotlines through the “Crisis” category, favorite services for quick access, and receive mobile push notifications with critical County information.

- Connect with critical resources and services including afterschool programs, food pantries, shelter/housing support, job support, mental health services, legal aid, and more.
- Call 24/7 hotlines helping with alcohol/drugs, behavioral/mental health, healthcare, domestic violence/sexual assault, homelessness, and veteran needs.
- Find relevant services, including their hours of operation, contact information, locations, ages and groups served, and languages spoken.
- Enable location services to view services near you.
- Call or email services directly from the app.
