About this app

Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) was created on August 16, 1985 (Bhadra 1, 2042) under the Nepal Electricity Authority Act. 1984, through the merger of the Department of Electricity of Ministry of Water Resources, Nepal Electricity Corporation and related Development Boards.

The primary objective of NEA is to generate, transmit and distribute adequate, reliable and affordable power by planning, constructing, operating and maintaining all generation, transmission and distribution facilities in Nepal's power system both interconnected and isolated.

With this NEA Customer App, customer would be able to manage their meters and billings.

Why is there no notification once our bill has been posted? I don't want to manually have to check every month and risk forgetting sometimes. Please add notifications feature for bill update.

Looks like the app was launched without doing any quality check. Too many issues with the self meter reading functionality. An app that is supposed to help not hundreds but millions out there, is not working properly. Whoever is concerned need to make corrections immediately. The issue was there when checked more than a month ago and it still exists. Major issue is we can't post our current meter reading neither through app nor website and i am hearing it shows more money.
