Mr or Ms. Developer your App UI is redundant why put features that simply don't work if I receive an Otp prompted by the app yet it doesn't verify my email or where is the option to link my passport which has the NiN on it let's face it Ya Basic also I use touch to unlock my phone yet the app won't allow Biometric login. Smhid... I'm sorry but the previous NiMC Personal ID app was way smarter

Face verification keeps failing, even outside in broad daylight with contrasting background. Others apps verify even in doors at night (eg Opay). The app developer does not respond to mail. I sent a message to your email 6 days ago but I've not gotten any form of response. You need to work on your facial verification method. I sent an email to the address specified in their response, but it's over 3 weeks and they have not responded.

I like this good easy to open the nimc one-time password is not working. whenever I try it, it rotate and stop working perform. please work on it thanks. it's will be nice if you added options that we allow users to be able to edit they're NiN data it'll make this app great 👍
