New version removed the ability to set a PIN to login instead of remembering a longer password. This was a great feature that I miss already. There is fingerprint authentication but that's not an option for me. If I can secure my physical ATM card with a numeric PIN, I don't understand why this option was removed from the app. I'll need to get prepared to do more password resets going forward. The new version also needs a dark mode.

Much better app than previous one. Had no problem logging in for first time. Edit: Revised rating down for Bill Pay. Bills won't open in another menu. Additionally, there is no easy way to populate full balance into the pay field, just the minimum payment due. This problem with the old app caused me to underpay a bill, resulting in two months of interest fees. Bill Pay is basically worthless for credit card bills. Fix this.

Update: After clearing the cache on my phone for the camera and the app, the app now works perfectly. 4 stars for the app. I don't like the first thing I see is a notification, taking up half my screen, that I have a loan payment due. I find it offensive, especially since my payments are auto-debited. It's as if all the bank cares about is their money, not yours. Not a good look for a CU. 1 star for the terrible delay by customer service to help. 5 stars to the tech that provided the fix.
