NRMA Roadside service is great, but this app is woeful. It wouldn't send an email to verify my email address. Deleted & reinstalled app, then tried again. This time it wouldn't even send an sms to my phone, so I couldn't establish an account. Deleted app & retried twice. Gave up. One of the worst apps ever. Deleted app permanently. Life's too short to wrestle with a hopeless app.

This app is terrible. The amount of friction to using this app will make you wish you had stayed with a petrol car. Why do they require your date of birth and postal address for an app that's suppose to let you charge your car? Why is the only way to register is to receive an sms? Why can't I use SSO? And the list goes on. I'm stuck in a country town and the app says my app account is deleted and there is no way to get it back.

Tells me to sign in to see certain functions. However shows sign out option on screen. Tried signing out and back in as well as download app again. If you force updates on people make sure it works.
