Ratings and reviews

I cannot get into the game no matter what I do. Internet is fine, app is updated. It crashes over and over again without letting me in. I can't even transfer my data to a new device because I cannot enter the game fully. I've played since launch so this is very disheartening. I don't want to lose all that I've gotten over the years. I wish simply logging in with my Google account would be enough to transfer data.

The story is great, the art is gorgeous and the recent graphics update makes things beautifully fluid. The only thing I don't like is that the events and birthdays are back to back to back so having time to do the current event AND the main story or past events is near impossible unless you're shelling out money for more energy.

It's very grindy but I enjoy that when I'm learning new games. If I had to give a criticism I would say it's hard to learn when and what to level up or upgrade, it may be my fault that I do know but there was such an info dump in the beginning I couldn't remember everything.
