Great bank, great people & friendly , very helpful.. Only issue is the new app shows way to much background stuff & can be very confusing, I also used to be able to see my balances on 2 main accts right away w/o signing all the way in, also inconvenient with 3 sign in methods, other than that everything else is ok. Old app was very helpful & easier to use. However this one has more I do like that..

They lock everyone out of the good business app that is easy and gave everyone a abomination of a new "app" that is over cluttered, not intuitive, has way way to many things going on at once. Banking should be simple, I need to see balances, checks, transfers, and settings for my account. Not be able to print entire memos and see interest rates and what the actual heck, who approved this?! And the 'pin' is the same thing as a password but isn't the same thing as a actual pin. Wth.

Since the new app came out its been horrible.Everyone needs there own sign in and it's annoying. And I just got a new phone and can't access my business account they said I never had my own sign in info and my wife has to call in to fix it and she's not even part of the business..Just about ready to close all accounts and go somewhere else after 20 years..
