Decent app but a user experience that doesn't make sense to me: You have to select a size to add a product to favourites. If your size is out of stock, you can't add it. I still like the item even if I can't buy it in my size right now. Let me add it to my favourites, preferably without needing to select a size first, or at least being able to select an out of stock size in case it becomes available again.

The app sometimes needs me to restart my phone to "log in". While all my other things are working OK. So nonits not my phone. The keyboard just flashes up but won't stay up. Also it's annoying after years of shopping with this former catalogue company & having an account that there are new terms & conditions to use the pay monthly side of my account.

I am not able to access the app nor website from my phone anymore!! I get an error page saying "Sorry, you have been blocked You are unable to access laredoute.fr" worse of all, I am subscribed to their service and am charged for something I can't even use!
