With the Webank App you can access your online current account and also view those you have in other banks. It's simple, with an innovative design and intuitive navigation to operate wherever you are. You monitor the progress of the family budget and have many features that help you save!
EASY AND QUICK ACCESS AND APP TOKEN
Log in with fingerprint or face recognition. Also use the app as a Token App and authorize access and Internet Banking operations by generating OTP codes. You can also capture layout data with the camera!
EXPENSES UNDER CONTROL
Monitor the progress of your family budget in a simple and intuitive way, always having many functions available that help you save:
-Manage recurrences: confirm recurring expenses and income based on your spending habits
-Subdivision by categories: bank transactions are grouped into spending classes to show you which ones you can save on
-Set thresholds: plan your savings as best as possible, setting a ceiling for each spending category
- Balance forecast at the end of the month: in the Financial Summary you compare the trend with the previous 2 months

CLICK AND MAKE PAYMENTS ONLINE
With Webank you can pay conveniently from the CBILL-pagoPA app, MAV/RAV, car tax and postal bills, just scan the QR Code to acquire the data. Furthermore, you capture the IBAN code of the transfer with the camera.
MAKE BANK TRANSFERS
Make ordinary, fast, Italian or foreign bank transfers. Fill in the reason using only your voice and simply frame the IBAN to acquire it automatically. Furthermore, you can share your bank details and send payment receipts via SMS or WhatsApp.

Enter simplified F24s and if you have a PDF form, you can upload it and all the data is filled in automatically.

Generally okay, i believe there are better apps/banks around. The customer care by phone is particularly annoying. All the steps for identification but you still need to send a signed piece of paper to just change a phome number, real pain for something that should be an easy fix! Additional suggestion: at the moment it seems you cannot get the app to work properly when the certified phone number is not Italian. I cannot receive the automatic SMS with the code. Also not handy to use.

More problems. I have downloaded the latest app version as instructed and I am unable to configure it as it is not accepting my user ID which I know is correct as the website accepts it. I am blocked out of my accounts because I can't generate a code from the app. I can not get to speak to anyone in customer support and all email replies are automated. I have unistalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Totally unacceptable lack of customer support.

Once you walk around the error 107613 its good. If you call the service they will reset your password.Useless.The only way I found is let the Helpdesk rest in peace, uninstall the app and reinstall, this way the app will ask you to set the things up again and you will get the access. I guess the problem is that at your first login you must reset the password via web site but the app does not get along with this change. Therefore out of sync problem (i.g.).
