Terrible! They did not have my order done, said it didn't come up on their tablet or whatever...so I had to wait another 25 minutes! I should receive a refund, discount or free order next time! Please upgrade or something with your mobile ordering! And again, a refund, discount or free order of the same amount to make it right and to bring me back. This will be expressed to others!

It remembers your previous order, which is nice... BUT, if you dismiss the reminder, that's it... that order is gone. It would be MORE useful to have a "favorites" section, so I could recall multiple previous orders and choose which one I want on any given day.

These rewards are damn near Impossible. I started off by getting a card. Tried to start an account with that card. After I enter all my information,it tells me it's an invalid card number,& the last 4 numbers it shows that are to the "invalid card" are nothing close to my card number,or what I entered.So I made an account through the app.I try to enter that long number (loyalty i.d.)with a long line of people behind me.Doesn't work.Enter 1, then my area code & phone number,don't work either.🗑️
