Great game but a few bugs. I love the graphics, playability, and story line. However, I've been playing less than 3 full days and have made multiple purchases which have failed to be delivered to my account. *Edit - support acknowledged there was an issue with payments and in-game items being delivered. My cards were refunded and the issue is fixed. I've since been able to purchase items and play.

Started out great until I made a purchase. I was playing this game for a week and really enjoyed it. I decided to make a two $12.99 pack purchases and never received my gear. I emailed to notify that my cards were charged and that I never received the pack contents. Here, I am 2 days later without even an email acknowledgment from PG saying th at the matter would be researched. I will now have to go through the trouble of disputing 2 separate charges with 2 different banks. I'm deleting!

The first time you die, getting your stuff back is free. After that it's 30 gold - no warning of the price hike. You also can't go back to get your stuff. And if you check storage to see if you have enough to recraft items instead of paying, the option to pay to get your items back disappears. Which wouldn't be so bad, except the character keeps walking into fire in the dungeons, and there doesn't seem to be a way to stop. It's a good game, but would be better if it was up front.
