App was super easy & I picked my fav track & series. My only problem was $6 service fee to use my debit card. I'm in the media , I take pics & film races so I like 2 park in the pits. I like the app,easy 2 use 2. great idea just wish it wasnt a fee. Fees scare people off when it's fees here & there. I don't make alot of $ at my job so when I see fees for this or that weather it be a track or app like this it hurts the little man espicially when having to drive a long ways.Wanted 2 leave feedback

Poor customer service. A pass was purchased for me and never appeared in my app, I never got any emails or texts. I reached out to customer service twice over five business days and never got a response. The event is Sunday and I don't know if I'm going to be allowed to participate.

So far the reviews say... Needs my photo ID, $6 to use the app to pay(which then makes it more then it cost at the door), can't remove my credit card info off the app, and it keeps kicking me out. Yeah, I'll just pay at the door.
