I really want to give the app 5☆, I'd also like to be able to order with the app. It crashes too often, or once I'm ready to pay, there's a pop-up about an issue conversing with the system and the entire order gets deleted. Then I use an app from the competition to order.

App is extremely outdated. Looks like I made it in 2001 on Geocities. Crashed twice while trying to order and wouldn't load the specials page. There's no reason for an app to be this bad.

This is the worst app. It crashes often and when it doesn't crash, there is always a problem at check out. I have to switch to the website (which isn't great either, for today's standards) or call and re-do the order. When selecting a restaurant for pickup, you can only search by city, not postal code. After scrolling through the entire list of locations for your city and making your choice, it doesn't highlight the store.The app designers should look at Pizza Pizza's app for inspiration.
