Pathetic Experience / Pathetic App / Pathetic Support System. I placed an order an hour ago, and after 30 minutes, it said my food would be delivered in 10 minutes. But there was no communication from the chat team to me at all. Then, after waiting a whole hour, they just canceled the order. This is incredibly frustrating!

food taste is good but they have pathetic delivery system and pathetic customer care service I stopped using this app from 2021 since i had extremely bad food delivery experience. I recently started using this app and the delivery edperience is similar.

200 credits were promised on whatsApp chat by one your female representative which has not been credited yey, shall I post that chat screenshot here on play store, Think twice before using this app, food quality always have salt and oil issue, you do not have option to speak to them on call only you can chat with them to raise the issue and they may block your user id to use this app again whenever they feel like and most of the times referral credits are not posted in your referral account
