I just bought the peak pro because someone said it was the "best" however when I unboxed the device, charged it and set up the app. I couldn't pair the device it would get to 90 percent and then crash on me. I feel like I've been ripped off and especially since it was almost half a grand. Please fix this so I can properly use my device

Now the app won't connect to my unit. I've tried everything from unpairing, re-downloading, check for updates, reset, etc... my phones Bluetooth finds the unit instantly when in pairing mode... but the app keeps saying connection failed when it "finds" my peak. Yet it worked 3 days ago without issue......

I personally love the customization settings in the app. The real time battery life and live 3dxl temperature is amazing to watch the magic happen! The only complaint is the same as most of the comments on here, the connectivity is complicated. I have tried many different ways to connect to the peak pro and it can be multiple tries before it connects. The only surefire way I have found to comnect is to turn on the peak pro holding the button until it turns blue then turning on the app.
