Very disappointed in your response to any requests you have problems with. Regarding race replays, jockey's and trainer post interviews have tried several times to resolve it, it says your request has been received but nothing has ever been done about the problem,

This would have to be the worst, slowest App ever, I used it for a long time mainly for the Pick 7, now everything has changed again, will no longer accept my password even though my password has never changed. If it ain't broke don't fix it, I have had enough, so frustrating when you try " the forget password" option and just returns you to the homepage, you can keep the 100k, the frustration is not worth it! Deleted!!

Like several other people I am unable to log in through Facebook (or any other way). I've been trying to get help for over a week initially via email and then several phone calls. The recording asks you to leave details and says that someone will get back but this hasn't yet happened. Very frustrating and disappointing.
