I had recently ordered to sell my mobile. It always shows as pick up requested and then no one comes to pick up. Whatsapp support always says that the issue is escalated to the concern team. And concern team cancels the order from their end and asks to place a new order. Did the same and again no one came to pick up. There is no way to talk to customer support. Unfortunately, this has been happening repeatedly now. The service has now become horrible. (Order number MPMBB10738100, MPMWE10650310)

VERY IRRITATING AND DECEPTIVE EXPERIENCE. It was my 2nd experience with Cashify and it was pretty unpleasant. Actual sellling price is far less then the price quoted on the app. My phone was flawless but the pickup agent will gave silly excuses for non-existent/not-applicable issues with phone like finger-print scanner, battery etc. Seems like the pickup agents are given training to give such excuses. Overall, you'll get approx 60% of the price shown in app.

I had worst experience with Cashify the price what they show on app is no where close to what they actually offer. For very minor thing also they will add entire thing broken and don't know what not but each time I tried to convince the sales person he selected the options which in turn decreased the price of the product. You should rather use Amazon or Flipkart's exchange it is much better than this.
