Terrible UI. So many fields where you can't see what you're typing because they haven't properly coded the app, the keyboard blocks your text field. Add in the human element of their absolutely worthless "representatives" and routinely sub par contractors, it's a shining testament to Pathlights overall lack of reliability, quality and management.

I am trying desperately to reach someone to no avail. The telephone number listed does not reach anyone. I've even entered the ext. 4871 for Stephanie Celestine, nothing. There was no response on the work order side either. They're listing my move-out date in 23 days, which is incorrect. This, on top of the mold in two rooms we had to deal with last year to which they were either slow to respond o simply did not respond.

extremely poor service ti date. property in poor condition on day 1. no good faith shown to date to try n address multiple issues. poor communication loop from online contact and on site vendors. very very disappointed in the property n process.
